As we launch My Medical Navigator, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the passing of one our founding team members, Jack Pustilnik. Sadly, on August 6th, we lost our honored colleague, dear friend, and remarkable man of many talents, who touched the lives of so many.

Having had the privilege to work alongside Jack for so many years, I consider myself fortunate to witness his unstoppable smile, infectious laugh, kind spirit, and incredible gift of positivity. Those are only a few of the countless attributes Jack brought to Advanced Patient Advocacy. He was ever the consummate champion for patients. His relentless conviction to create a consumer healthcare experience free of obstacles, was nothing short of awe inspiring. As a founding team member of My Medical Navigator, his vision of transforming the journey of healthcare consumers, lives and breathes within our mission today.

His life and so many of his accomplishments set a high bar and serve as an example to never stop challenging ourselves to be our best. As we continue our work of guiding individuals in navigating the complexities of health care cost and coverage, we feel Jack’s presence at our side and in our hearts. His legacy will be remembered and celebrated forever.

My Medical Navigator would not be the same without the passion and purpose Jack so generously committed to its founding. I, along with our financial healthcare colleagues, share a profound loss with his passing. Jack’s spirit, his beautiful wife Michelle, and his talented, lovely daughters will forever remain part of this journey.
